Rat Scat WIP

Rat Scat WIP. Been working on this one for a while and lots of modified parts. Also, no where near finished! Slapped some paint on here to try and hide the super glue haze!
Super Glue Haze All In My Brain!

This car started with a Hotwheels '32 Ford Vicky frame. Chopped the roof out, removed the front end, killed all remaining fenders and then cut the frame almost in half. Basically, the car frame might be the only part that you might recognize. Built my own frame using steel "I" beams and glued to the bottom of the chopped rat. Went super long in the front and much smaller in the back. The motor is pretty much just random engine parts that were fabricated to make it look like they belong together. Ran super long pipes down the side and worked them into the engine. The side pipes actually hide my custom frame and also the rear fender whacking with a little bit of wheel well showing. BONUS! Kinda like the added grill with the extra supports running back. Wanted to go all the back to the car frame but my engine was too big. HAHA! Threw some extra wires in there, bonus skull up front and the triple motor pipes look awesome. The whole key to this bad ride was to make it look like it was sitting on the ground but does have clearance barely. The TCR/AFX wheels were mounted on top of my frame to make the car sit almost of the ground. Also had to fabricate my own floorboard, interior with custom shift knob. The good news it's fabricated but the bad news is that I killed my painting surface. Guess it's going to have to be turned into the RAT SCAT! More good news, have a couple of more in the works and a blast to build!
