Train Set #28 by hankypanky68 Train Set #28 by hankypanky68
Train Set #28. This is a HO gauge train if you are wondering. Tried to give a little perspective on just how big the train layout really is. Still failed to get the entire train into one photo. Maybe, a panoramic camera might have done the trick. This will be the last train photo for a while but please go check out more photos in the train layout folder. Trains RULE!

Very impressive layout. I was wondering how you did the lines in the road. Also, is that Godzilla behind the building top center?

Thank you so much! The lines are basically taped off yellow and white model aircraft stripes. Supposedly, aircraft but got it at the hobby shop and came in a thin roll. The roads were also measured out and painted with flat black, Believe it or not, used a kids sandbox shovel for the diameters of all of the roads. High tech stuff! Yes! No train set is complete without a Godzilla sighting! :icongodzillaplz:

It's in a full basement. Covers about half of the floor space or more.

Wish there was room to expand because have just as much stuff under the train set that won't fit. Could probably double the size of the layout without buying anything. ;)

Maybe create layers above the set. Like a mountain pass for example.

I do have some pretty cool mountains already. Not real sure what is going to happen with all of the stuff. Have been debating weather or not to sell some things but you can't find this stuff anymore. Might just keep it for a while and might have some use in the future.

Most impressive. :)  I had a 7-foot shelf HO layout but I sold it about 11 years ago.
