Ferrari F-40 and Testarossa

Ferrari F-40 and Testarossa. These are factory production Majorette vehicles. As a matter of fact, these are the last production Majorette vehicles that were released in the States. Late 80's or early 90's would be my best guess when these were purchased. These cars cost about 7 or 8 dollars back in the day which was a lot more money than the Hotwheels that were on the shelves. The frames are plastic, interiors are multi-color plastic, wheels are spot on replicas and something would open on every car. They made about 8 different cars with a different color scheme for each vehicle. Majarotte disappeared from the radar soon after these cars were released. Does anyone know if Majorette is still in business? They could have gone out of business and came back like Johnny Lightning did? I guess the internet would tell me if my curiosity gets the best of me?
